Good Boy Investments is a private advisory firm. We help companies answer one hard question well: is this market worth it — and if so, how do we win there?

Our focus is Kazakhstan and its neighbouring markets — where our founder spent two decades building and running a business of his own. It's a region where opportunity is real but where public data is thin, distribution is relationship-driven, and the difference between a good launch and an expensive lesson is local knowledge. That's the gap we close.

We stay small on purpose. Engagements are taken selectively, led directly by our principal, and delivered without leverage or hand-offs. When we don't think a market or a product will work, we say so — it's cheaper to hear it from us than from the market.

Marc David Vincent — Founder & Director.

Marc spent some twenty years building and running Arctic Group International, an oilfield support services business operating exclusively in Kazakhstan — heavy-haul logistics, lifting and rig moving for major energy projects — as its founder and owner. He exited his majority position in the group recently, and now applies that experience on the other side of the table — helping companies entering the market avoid the mistakes that are obvious only in hindsight.

What two decades in-market leaves you with is the part that isn't in any report: how decisions actually get made, which partners deliver, where the regulatory friction really sits, and who to call. That network and that judgement are what clients are buying.

Marc leads every engagement personally, from the first scoping conversation through launch, working with a trusted network of researchers, sector specialists and on-the-ground partners assembled to fit each project.
